Hi my name is Charles Babinski, I am the cofounder of G&B Coffee and Go Get Em Tigerin Los Angeles, California so, two pitchers.  This is my milk pitcherand this a pitcher, pretending to be a cupand we are using water instead of milk because, water is cheap and you can spill it everywhereand it's easyfirst, just let it dangleput your thumb downand thenspeed upor slow downand just get used to doing different speedsand, once you get a good sense of how to speed up or slow down the watertry to go very slow to very fastfast slow, fast slow, fast slownextpour very slow and go updownupdownupdowntry to keep a consistent flownextjust practicing wiggling when you are wiggling the milk pitcheryou don't want it to be jerky, so you're not moving your whole handlike thatyou're letting it hang, rightand then letting itsort of pick up aa pendulum back and forthit shouldn't be a whole lot of motion it's not likethisit's almost like thiswe have three things so farslow fast, slow fast, slow fasthigh low, high low, high lowand then wiggling once you are comfortable with thosepour high and slowyou go downspeed upand untilt the cup that you are pouring intohigh and slowgo down, speed upand untilt the cup that you are pouring intoand thenhigh and slowgo down all the way, speed upwiggle and untilt the cup that you are pouring intonowputting it all together: high and slowgo downspeed upwiggleuntilt, slow downslow down, up half an inchand acrossyou're donea few notes on form:you want to keep the handle of the cup that you are pouring intoperpendicular to the handle of the steaming pitcherfor the milk pitcher:keeping the handle, parallel to your shouldersthe whole time, so,none of thisnone of thisit's always like thisyour holding the milk pitcheryou want to dangle it on one fingerso, you have your pointer finger right herejust so that it is sort of naturally evenand then use your thumblike thisto speed it up or slow it downthink about it as like the gas pedalthese three fingers right hereare stabilizing itso, you're not clamped down on itit's just the one finger, dangling the thumbspeeding up and slowing down, and then the other three to stabalizekeep your elbowclose to your sideso, don't bring it up hereif you are speeding upand you are raising your elbow to do ityou're going to rotatethe pitcher while you are do that and that's going to make things harderso just use your thumb to speed stuff upso two things that people dowhen they are pouring and they get into more complicated poursis they will bring themilk pitchercloser to the cup that they're pouring intowhich you don't want to dobefore it's timeand the other thingis, everything will move around so,stuff will start to rotateyou don't want that either.
